time to get in shape.
Ive decided its time for me to get in shape im 24 years old and weigh 250 pounds w a 46” waist. I dont have the best eating habits and my excerise plan sucks. Im going on a cruise next year around April so that gives me 250 days give or take. This isnt a bet or a challenge its about me gettin my shit together. Each day ill post my calorie intake and what i eat. Ill also post any badass healthy recipies and good foods to buy. I plan on joining a gym and ill put my excercise program on there, also ill be doin the 100 push ups in 6 weeks regiment so ill keep you posted on that. Also on a side note i’d like to thank larrychi for the inspiration for me to get my shit in line.
Day 1 of 250
Breakfast: 1 cup Kellogs Raisin Bran (190 cal), 1 cup skim milk (110 cal), 1 cup Yoplait lite peach yougurt (100 cal)
Lunch: Smoked turkey sandwich (205 cal), 1 bag Golden Flake Barbecue chips (100 cal)
Dinner: 2 stuffed Bell peppers {recipe below) (475 cal), i cup chopped fresh peppers and onions (20 cal)
Total Calories = 1200
Stuffed Bell Pepper Recipe
- 4 medium green bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice, (i used wheat rice)
- 8 ounces 93% fat-free ground beef, (i used ground turkey)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese, Precious — shredded
Preparation:
1. Cut tops off peppers and seed. Place in large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
2. In large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray brown beef and onions. Drain.
3. In large bowl combine beef mixture, tomato sauce and rice. Spoon evenly into peppers.
4. Place peppers in a sprayed casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over peppers and bake for 5 additional minutes or unitl cheese is melted.

this was really good i chopped up the pepper heads and the rest of the onion and a tomato put it in a bowl with some wish bone lite Italian salad dressing and ate it with the peppers… Enjoy
